  Crossfiber Corrective Muscle Therapy

Level 1: Comprehensive Crossfiber Technique ,provides the foundation training in Comprehensive Crossfiber Technique. It is taught in a hybrid format with 18 hours of Live Webinars and 28 hours of Live In Person classroom intruction, totaling 46 hours.

This course equips the practitioner with the skills and knowledge needed both to practice the technique and to navigate the profession of Crossfiber Corrective Muscle Therapy®. 

A commitment to the 46 hours ( Webinars and Live Classes) is required.

Level 2: Crossfiber Muscle Isolation and Gentle Fascial Release, addresses 62 muscles throughout the body and the issues we commonly encounter when there is disfunction, totaling 21 hours of instruction.
